Ingredients
  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 10 gram Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Slice the tomatoes in half and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Drizzle the balsamic glaze mixture over the tomatoes, making sure they are well coated.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the oven and roast for about 25 minutes, or until the tomatoes are soft and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the tomatoes rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
