  • 2 pound Sweet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss until the sweet potatoes are evenly coated.
