  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well coated.
  4. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden and crispy.
