  • 4 ear Corn on the cob
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 4 piece Lemon wedges
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Remove the husks and silks from the corn on the cob.
  3. Place the corn on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the corn and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
