  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the potatoes.
  3. Cut the potatoes into wedges or strips.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  6. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
