  • 2 pound Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, fresh rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
