Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Firm Tofu
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Green Onion
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  3. Cut the tofu into cubes or slices.
  4. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Coat the tofu pieces with the marinade mixture.
  6. Sprinkle cornstarch over the tofu and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Place the tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion before serving.
