Ingredients
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup Oat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse and drain the black beans.
  3. In a food processor, combine the black beans, avocado, maple syrup, cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  4. Stir in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
