Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup Tofu
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 stalk Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse the rice with cold water and drain.
  2. In a large pot, add the vegetable broth and bring it to a boil.
  3. Add the rice, mixed vegetables, tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, salt, and pepper to the pot.
  4. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  5. Cover the pot and let it cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
