Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 30 gram Butter
  • 30 gram Brown sugar
  • 30 gram Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  3. Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Drain the carrots and set aside.
  5. In the same saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  6. Add the brown sugar, honey, and salt. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  7. Add the cooked carrots to the saucepan and toss to coat.
  8. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
