  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and cook the carrots until tender.
  3. In a separate pan, combine orange juice, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add the cooked carrots to the pan with the glaze and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
