  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Orange Zest
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the ends of the asparagus spears.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, maple syrup, orange zest, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle the orange glaze over it.
  5. Toss the asparagus to evenly coat with the glaze.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until tender.
