Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • 2 tablespoon Orange juice
  • 1 cup Medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, orange zest, orange juice, chopped dates, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  6. Cut into bars and serve.
