Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, combine the mixed nuts, orange zest, ground cinnamon, maple syrup, and salt. Mix well to evenly coat the nuts.

Spread the coated nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the nuts are golden brown and fragrant.

Remove from the oven and let the nuts cool for 5 minutes.
