  • 500 gram Taro Root
  • 2 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 stalk Green Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the taro root into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
  3. Add the taro root, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, salt, and black pepper to the pot.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the taro root is tender.
