Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. Peel and slice the onion.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
  5. Spread the potato mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, stirring once halfway through cooking.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
