Ingredients
  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cup Rice
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add sliced carrots and cabbage to the pot. Stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  3. Add rice, water, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Stir well.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
  5. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
