Ingredients
  • 500 gram Asparagus
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the woody ends of the asparagus spears.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, Dijon mustard, fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with the mustard and rosemary mixture, tossing to coat evenly.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and lightly charred.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
