Ingredients
  • 12 ounce Okra
  • 4 stalk Scallion
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and trim the okra, then slice it into thin rounds.
  2. Finely chop the scallion and grate the ginger.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the sliced okra to the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped scallion, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Squeeze the juice of the lime over the okra mixture and stir well.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
