Ingredients
  • 250 gram Okra
  • 400 gram Tomatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon White vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 10 gram Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add okra and tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and white vinegar. Stir well.
  5. Let the soup rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
