Ingredients
  • 200 gram Okra
  • 250 gram Potato
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 50 gram Chickpea flour
  • 50 gram Rice flour
  • 2 piece Green chili
  • 10 gram Cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
  1. Wash and finely chop the okra, potato, onion, green chili, and cilantro.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables with chickpea flour, rice flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
  3. Mix well to form a thick batter.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  5. Take small portions of the batter and drop them into the hot oil.
  6. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on a kitchen towel.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
