Ingredients
  • 500 gram Okra
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 2 piece Green Chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander Leaves
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the okra into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger, garlic, and green chili. Saute for a minute.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add chopped okra and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add water, cover the pan, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the okra is cooked.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with rice or roti.
