Ingredients
  • 2 cup Okara
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 stalk Green Onion
  • 1 small Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • as needed for frying Vegetable Oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the okara, Old Bay Seasoning, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, panko breadcrumbs, green onion, red bell pepper, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the patties from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
