  • 4 cup Green cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 3 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Shred the green cabbage and carrots.
  2. Thinly slice the red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, and sliced red onion to the bowl and toss until well coated.
