Ingredients
  • 1 cup Okara
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Almond milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the okara, almond flour, coconut sugar, flaxseed meal, baking powder, vanilla extract, and almond milk. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten each ball with a fork.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cookies turn golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
