Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Oats
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup Unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in the raisins.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  8. Flatten the dough with the back of a spoon.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  11. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
