Ingredients
  • 14 ounce Silken Tofu
  • 6 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking dish.
  2. In a blender, combine silken tofu, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Pour the tofu mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
