  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Mashed banana
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Chopped nuts
  • 0.5 cup Dried fruits
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the mashed banana, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruits.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
