Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Oats
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 cup Mixed berries
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a baking dish, spread half of the oat mixture evenly.
  4. Layer the mixed berries on top of the oat mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture over the berries.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the berries are bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
