Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Oats
  • 2 tablespoon Flaxseeds
  • 0.5 cup Almond butter
  • 0.25 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flaxseeds, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop tablespoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  8. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
