  • 2 cup Oats
  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Applesauce
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Nuts
  • 1/4 cup Dried Fruits
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the oats, applesauce, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruits.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.
