Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts, if using.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  5. Press down gently on each portion to flatten slightly.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the oataroons cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Enjoy!
