  • 2 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Break into pieces and store in an airtight container.
