Ingredients
  • 2 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Raspberry Jam
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, shredded coconut, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  4. Spread raspberry jam evenly over the oat mixture.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top of the jam.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish.
  8. Once cooled, cut into bars and serve.
