Ingredients
  • 300 gram Yam
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and chop the yam into small pieces. Boil until tender, then mash.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mashed yam, almond flour, baking powder, salt, maple syrup, almond milk, and chopped pecans. Mix well.
  4. Form the dough into small biscuit shapes and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
