Ingredients
  • 150 gram Cashews
  • 100 gram Almonds
  • 200 gram Dates
  • 50 gram Shredded coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine cashews, almonds, dates, shredded coconut, lime zest, lime juice, vanilla extract, coconut oil, and salt.
  2. Process until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky dough.
  3. Roll the dough into small bite-sized balls.
  4. Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the bites to firm up.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
