Ingredients
  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Coconut flakes
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and coconut flakes.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon over low heat until well combined.
  4. Pour the syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to ensure everything is coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. The granola will become crisp as it cools.
  8. Once cooled, stir in dried cranberries.
  9. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
