Ingredients
  • 1 cup Green Pea Flour
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the green pea flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the coconut oil and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  7. Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  9. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
