Ingredients
  • 200 gram Dark chocolate
  • 200 gram Peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
Instructions
  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  3. Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone cupcake liners.
  4. Pour a spoonful of melted chocolate into each liner and spread it to cover the bottom.
  5. Place a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate in each liner.
  6. Pour another spoonful of melted chocolate over the peanut butter to cover it completely.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top.
  8. Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
  9. Once the nut butter cups are firm, remove them from the liners and serve.
