Ingredients
  • 250 gram Noodles
  • 4 teaspoon Basil Pesto
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
  4. Stir in basil pesto and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss until well coated.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
