Ingredients
  • 400 gram Chickpeas
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 piece Burger buns
  • 4 piece Lettuce leaves
  • 4 piece Tomato slices
  • 4 piece Cucumber slices
  • 4 tablespoon Tahini sauce
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the flour until well combined. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Toast the burger buns.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a falafel patty on each bun, then add lettuce leaves, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and a drizzle of tahini sauce.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
