Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Instant yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2/3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Warm water
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add the olive oil and warm water to the dry ingredients. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough back into the bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  6. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a round ball.
  7. Roll out each ball of dough into a thin circle or desired shape.
  8. Transfer the pizza crusts onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Add your favorite toppings and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the toppings are cooked.
  10. Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and enjoy!
