  • 2 pound Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  3. Melt the butter and mix it with brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  4. In a baking dish, arrange a layer of sweet potato slices.
  5. Drizzle some of the butter mixture over the sweet potatoes.
  6. Repeat with remaining sweet potatoes and butter mixture, ending with a layer of butter mixture.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes to caramelize the top.
  10. Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
