  • 500 gram Broccoli
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Nutritional yeast
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add broccoli florets and vegetable broth, bring to a boil.
