Ingredients
  • 200 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 200 gram Cucumber
  • 100 gram Red onion
  • 150 gram Bell pepper
  • 100 gram Olives
  • 150 gram Feta cheese
  • 4 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 20 gram Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and prepare all the vegetables. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Peel and dice the cucumber. Slice the red onion and bell pepper into thin strips.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, olives, and crumbled feta cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
