  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Peanuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the peanut butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped peanuts.
  7. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Use a fork to flatten each ball slightly, creating a crisscross pattern.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  10. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
