Ingredients
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 pepper Jalapeno pepper
  • 1 can Tomato sauce
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, red bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the lime juice and fresh cilantro.
  6. Serve hot with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
