Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup Vegan butter
  • 1 cup Silken tofu
  • 1.5 cup Soymilk
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoon Agar agar powder
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted vegan butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a blender, blend silken tofu, soymilk, lemon juice, vanilla extract, agar agar powder, and maple syrup until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Remove from the springform pan and serve chilled.
