  • 2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Almond butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, dried cranberries, dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  3. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and press it down firmly to create an even layer.
  5. Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
  6. Once the bars have set, remove them from the refrigerator and cut into desired shapes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
