Corn flakes were accidentally discovered by Dr. John Harvey Kellogg when he left cooked wheat sitting out and it went stale. He decided to roll it out and toast it, creating the first corn flakes.

Ingredients
  • 4 cup Corn flakes
  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine corn flakes, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix well until all the corn flakes are coated.
  3. Gently fold in chocolate chips and chopped nuts, if using.
  4. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  5. Press the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  7. Once set, cut into squares or bars.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
